Marking the end of another day

You glance down - a frown - there's water on the ground
Wait that's not water, they're coming through the floor

How do you keep on surviving?

Through the violence
God it freaks me out

And so alone, I charge into the glass
Despite the tenth cup of coffee I still can't shatter it
But I must try and claw at the sky
In a desperate attempt to understand

Trapped inside them

But too weak to release my grasp

I must go faster and faster
Keep on running into the glass
Jumping into windows that block the path to Nirvana
But they won't shatter

Crawling out of my skin
